Mail in registration is now closed. You can register on the first day of classes on October 14 by coming to Ames MHS Campus.

We accept checks or cash only. Checks can be made payable to YPCAW.

MASSAPEQUA SCHOOL DISTRICT 23 RESIDENTS ONLY! Must Present School Tax Bill or Library Card for proof of residency.

The following requirements will be strictly adhered to (NO EXCEPTIONS!):

  • Parents may only register THEIR OWN CHILDREN.
  • Birth certificates must be shown for classes with age requirements (3-5 year olds).
  • Child must be toilet trained.
  • Child must reach age/grade requirements stated by the first day of classes.
  • Fees are payable in full at time of registration.
  • No refunds will be made after the first day of classes.
  • Class changes may only be made by the first day of classes, if room permits.
*The Board reserves the right to:
  • Cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment
  • Remove a disruptive/non-participating child from the class/program.

Parents must notify the Board if a student has a medical condition that may affect their ability to fully participate in class activities or with materials.

By enrolling a child in the program, the parent agrees and understands the following terms and conditions:

  • My child meets the age/grade requirements and other guidelines as established by the Board and as stated in the brochure. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • NO REFUNDS or CLASS CHANGES after the first day of classes.
  • A disruptive/non-participating child will be removed from the class/program.
  • Parents are responsible for notifying Cultural Arts of any food allergies as foods which may cause allergic reactions in some children may be incorporated in a variety of classes.
  • Photos taken during the program may be used for publicity purposes.
  • Parents are expected to pick-up their child at the classroom. Any parent arriving late for pickup may meet their child at the FRONT DESK.
